Who provides the site
This website and the generator on it are provided by BSolve IT Limited, trading as 365i, company number 04607330, registered in England and Wales. By using the site you accept these terms.
The code you generate is yours
Anything the generator outputs, in any format, is yours to use however you like: in commercial projects, in client work, in open source, without attribution and without asking. The same applies to the CSS in the documentation and examples. We make no claim over it. If you want to credit the tool, a link is appreciated but never required.
The preset photographs are not
The background photographs used by some presets are licensed stock images. The licence is ours, for use on this site; it does not extend to you. You may use them within the generator to preview a shadow, and you may share links that show them. You may not download, copy or reuse the image files themselves in your own work. Use your own image URL in the canvas image field for anything you intend to publish.
Provided as is
The tool is free and provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise that it will be available at any particular time, that it will be free of errors, or that the shadows it produces will look the same in every browser. Presets saved in your browser are stored by your browser, not by us, and we cannot recover them. To the fullest extent the law allows, we accept no liability for any loss arising from use of the site or its output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to overload, probe or interfere with the site or its hosting, and do not use the canvas image field to load images you have no right to display. That is the whole list.
The documentation
The written pages on this site are copyright BSolve IT Limited. You may quote from them with attribution and a link. Wholesale copying is not permitted. The quotations they contain from other people's work remain those authors' copyright and are used with attribution as quotations.
Changes and law
We may change these terms by updating this page; the last reviewed date below will change when we do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Questions: support@365i.co.uk.
